I was eight years old when the first guitar appeared. Since that time, I have never been without an instrument. Music doesn’t lie. Although pretense has become more acceptable than in days past, the quest for musical authenticity is a life’s work. Music is one of those rare forms that can only exist in the moment. Those moments can be preserved through media, but the live performance vanishes without a trace, living only in memory.
Music has the power to sooth, heal and inspire. It’s never too late to learn.
